The projects ignite creativity, productivity and purpose at the new-generation workspace with sustainable building designs of at least LEED Gold certification level, as well as cultural and wellness activities offered by K11 ATELIER Academy.
K11 ATELIER Victoria Dockside is also certified at Platinum level by U.S. LEED (Leadership of Energy & Environmental Design) and BEAM Plus Provisional Silver level for its conservation of materials and energy in the design, construction, operations and maintenance of the building. Victoria Dockside comes with the largest green walls to beautify and protect the environment to enhance the health and well-being of our occupants.
