K11 ATELIER King’s Road takes lead in its concern and care for the environment with strategies to promote renewable and clean energy. Referencing relevant United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the New World Sustainability Vision 2030 (SV 2030) steers the Group to curate products, services and culture content revolving around Green, Wellness, Smart and Caring.
It is funded by the first green loan in Hong Kong under New World Group’s Green Finance Framework, referencing the Green Bond Principles 2018 and Green Loan Principles 2018. This green loan has received the ‘Green Finance Certificate’ (Pre-issuance) from Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA).
Scaling up the benefits of sustainable operation through innovation, knowledge exchange, and instil a sense of achievement, K11 ATELIER office tenants are also encouraged to sign a Creating Shared Value Lease (CSV Lease), an industry-first tenant engagement initiative recently launched by New World Development across K11 ATELIER King’s Road, K11 ATELIER Victoria Dockside and K11 ATELIER 11 SKIES, to promote and drive sustainability among their tenants and employees.
